Kristen Anne Bell was born on the 18th of July in 1980."1" She is an American singer and actress. When she began her acting career as a stage performer at the Tisch School of the Arts, New York University, Bell made her Broadway stage debut in The Adventures of Tom Sawyer. Bell also appeared in the Broadway revival of The Crucible the year after. After starring in the action-thriller Spartan (2004) in 2004, she received praise for her performance in Gracie's Choice (2004). After that she made her stage debut as Becky Theresa in the comedy show The Adventures Of Tom Sawyer. In the following year, she was her role as the title character on the teen drama television series Veronica Mars (2004-2007). She was awarded critical acclaim for her performance and a Saturn Award nomination for Best Actress on TV. The character she played in the 2014 film was revived and she'll reprise the role in the reboot in the year 2019. Bell was in the musical Reefer Madness: The Movie Musical (2005) as Mary Lane. This was an opportunity to reprise her role from her New York musical. Bell also appeared in Heroes the super-hero drama, as Elle Bishop, from 2007 to the year 2008. Bell played the narrator in the title role for the Teen drama Gossip Girl. The 2021 sequel will have her reprising the role. Bell was also lead actress on Showtime's show, Jeannie van den Hooven, on House of Lies. Bell starred in the lead role of Eleanor Shellstrop on the critically highly acclaimed NBC comedy show The Good Place, receiving a Golden Globe Award nomination for her performance. Bell also starred in the character of Eleanor Shellstrop on the streaming show The Woman in the House Across the Street From the Girl in the Window. Her film debut was as the main character in Forgetting Sarah Marshall (2008). Since then, she's appeared in many comedy films like Couples Retreat (2009) as well as When in Rome (2010). Bell was acknowledged for her role as Princess Anna in the Disney animated films Frozen (2013) and Ralph Breaks the Internet (2018).
