Meagan Good's mom Tyra was just a teenager working at Panorama City as a manager and her father Leondis Leon Good, a policeman from LAPD. Her career in acting began at the age of four. She was raised in Canyon Country, California with three siblings. She appeared as an extra in TV shows such as Doogie Howser Amen & M.D. in the beginning of her professional career. At the age of 13she was snubbed as Friday in the year 1995. Her first recognition came from her role as the teenage troubled Cisely Batiste in the movie Eve's Bayou in 1997 for where she won two awards nominations, including her very first N.A.A.C.P. Image Award nomination. Good played small parts in TV and film shows over in the following years. At the start of 2000, she began taking part in roles that were more mature. The actress starred as Nina on Cousin Skeeter, a Nickelodeon T.V. show from 1998 to 2001. She also landed small role on the show from 1998 to 2001. She also landed minor roles in the films House Party: Down to the last second as well as 3 Strikes. She played Vanessa Scott's role in the 2003 comedy My Wife and Kids. In 2004, she was in D.E.B.S an action comedy film which was nominated for Best Actress on the Black Movie Awards 2005. After that, she starred in several movies such as Cookout Venom Waist Deep and The Love Guru. The year 2012 saw her in both T.V. and in films she played the role of Mya in the series that starred multiple actors Think Like a Man and Ms. Stevens in Dysfunctional Friends. Kara Killmer...........................Kara Killmer is an American actress best known for portraying the character of Sylvie Brett in the NBC drama series 'Chicago Fire. Killmer is originally from Texas and studied at Baylor University, Waco Texas. She received a degree from the performing arts. in 2010. She graduated with an award in performance art. Her first appearance onscreen was in 2010 in the web series"If I Can Dream. Kara Killmer began her career onscreen in 2010 after appearing in a variety of local plays. The actress was featured in Simon Fuller's Hulu Series If I Can Dream in its pilot episode. The reality show revolved around the group of actors who begin residing in the house of Hollywood California.
