Harry

Harry Edward Styles (also known as Harry Styles in the music world) is an British composer and singer. Harry Styles was one of the founding members of One Direction. He is the son of Des Styles (father) and Anne Cox, Harry Styles was born on February 1, 1994, in Holmes Chapel. Harry Styles was a student at Holmes Chapel Comprehensive School. There as well as three of his classmates, he founded his own group, White Eskimo. They participated in the Battle of Bands where thanks to their outstanding performances, they won. The musician was always fascinated by music, but also wanted to work as a lawyer, physiotherapist or even scout. Working part-time in a local bakery is his very first job to make money for his family. Harry Styles performed Is not She Lovely (Stevie Wonder) at the auditions of 2010 to The X Factor. This was the reason that his band broke up. Nicole Scherzinger proposed to Harry Styles that he be part of a brand new group, One Direction. The other group members included Liam Payne Zayn Mallik Niall Horan Louis Tomlinson. Simon Cowell sponsored this five-person group. They were first formed in 2010. In the contest, the group played songs, such as My Life Would Suck Without You by Kelly Clarkson and Total Eclipse of the Heart by Bonnie Tyler so the group became one of the candidates to win the contest. The group was however placed third place behind Rebecca Ferguson, and the winner Matt Cardle. Harry Styles, his group and Cowell didn't win the competition. But Cowell gave Harry Styles a 2 million dollar contract with Syco.
