Nicky Whelan, born 10 May 1980 in Australia is an actress and model. She became known in Australia for her role as Pepper Steiger which she played in the soap drama Neighbors for a total of 100 episodes that aired between 2006 and 2007. The first show she appeared in Hollywood was a choral comedy called Hollywood & Wine in which she played a young actress who is new to Hollywood. The 9th season of Scrubs she played Maya who was a appealing medical student. But, the show suddenly has been stopped. After that, she continued filming the Farrelly Brothers comedy called Good to Shoot, which starred Jason Sudeikis and Owen Wilson. Then she was in B-series movies and series shorts. The year 2013 brought greater exposure. She was featured in seven episodes on Franklin and Bash and landed her first ever regular part in Chosen. Milo Ventimiglia played the role of lead. The show also features her as Chad Michael Murray's response to the show's first and the second seasons. The following year she landed the role of a supporting character in two amazing feature films that were set in planes: one was a television film produced for the SyFy Channel Flight 7500: One Way Back with a cast of TV actors as well as the action-movie Le Chaos, carried by Nicolas Cage.
